Rev. Dr. Timothy G. Simmons was a devoted Southern Baptist preacher whose life exemplified service and dedication. Born and raised in Louisiana, he joined the Air Force immediately after high school, answering the call to serve his country.

His spiritual journey later led him to seminary school, where he discovered his true calling in ministry. Throughout his career, Dr. Simmons worked as a chaplain for the Texas prison system, bringing hope and guidance to those in need of spiritual support.

As an associate pastor at Christian Faith Missionary Baptist Church, he touched countless lives with his wisdom, compassion, and unwavering faith. Dr. Simmons devoted his life to giving back to others, embodying the principles he preached.

His untimely passing following a courageous battle with cancer left an unfillable void, but his legacy lives on through the Timothy G. Simmons Foundation. We honor his memory by continuing his life's mission: supporting education, fostering spiritual growth, and serving others with the same generosity of spirit that defined his remarkable life.
